Three Dudes Who Love Skiing
The Ski Report was founded by Jack, Ethan, and Sean—three lifelong skiers from Massachusetts who grew up carving turns & ripping park on the icy slopes of the East Coast, mainly at Cannon Mountain. Beyond the ski hill, all three have a background in hockey, with Sean and Jack still competing at the NCAA D3 level.
While our roots are in the East, our passion for skiing extends far beyond resort boundaries. Whether it’s lapping terrain parks, venturing into the backcountry, or chasing fresh lines anywhere we can find them, we live and breathe the sport. The Ski Report is our way of bringing the ski community together—delivering news, blogs, and content that keep skiers stoked year-round!
How It Started
The Ski Report was born in late 2019 when Jack, then at prep school, noticed a gap in the ski media world—there wasn’t enough engaging, fast-paced, and interesting skiing news content. Right before COVID hit, he decided to take the leap and start something new. What started as something out of passion, quickly gained momentum, and he never looked back.
A huge inspiration for The Ski Report came from Ski The East—a brand that captures the raw, tough spirit of East Coast skiing. Growing up skiing on icy and wind-blown trails of New England, that mindset resonated with us pretty hard. We wanted to create something that not only covered skiing but made people excited about the sport in a fresh, modern way.
Since then, The Ski Report has evolved into a go-to source for ski news, athlete stories, and the latest happenings in the ski world—all delivered with the energy and authenticity the sport deserves!
